What personal data we collect and why we collect it

How long we retain your data

Loyalty Card Terms and Conditions:
- All personal details/information are protected under the terms of
The Privacy and Data Protection Act.
- Loyalty Card stamps are not transferable.
- One Loyalty Card point / stamp will be rewarded for every £10 spent.
- A full Loyalty Card (ten points/stamps) can be redeemed for a £5 discount
on the next purchase.
- A Loyalty Card cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Loyalty Card points / stamps will not be awarded for discounted products or special offers.
- In the event that a purchase is made without a Loyalty Card the
customer must tell the shop at the time of transaction. The receipt
will be stamped and this stamp can be transferred to the Loyalty
Card within 3 months.
- Pour tu Limited reserves the right to amend these
terms and conditions but will endeavour to inform customers with
as much notice as possible.
- The Loyalty Card is issued by and remains the property of
Pour tu Limited Ltd which reserves the right to withdraw the card at any time.
- Pour tu Limited Ltd does not accept liability for lost, stolen or damaged cards.
- Pour tu Limited Ltd reserve the right to take any appropriate
action deemed necessary where it is found the cardholder has used
the card in breach of these conditions or has been abused.
- If, after purchasing goods or services on which points / stamps have been awarded,
a participant subsequently obtains a refund from us for the
goods or services (in accordance with statutory rights or any of
Pour tu Limited Limited policy concerning refunds), at
the time of the refund, the points / stamps awarded on the purchase will be
removed from the participants Card. Similarly, if a participant obtains
a refund on goods or services purchased in whole or in part by redeeming
stamps, then all or part of the refund may be given by re-awarding
the participant the points / stamps which they used.
- A participant may apply for a new Card if it is lost or stolen.
